Above is a picture I have posted in Instagram during the Feast of the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ. On the said Feast, God the Father affirmed:
“This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.” – Matthew 17:5
Yes, we may have different beliefs and faith, but most of us want proofs to anything before we believe it. We always asked for signs. As much as possible, we want to personally witness a thing before we believe.
There are times that we just need to hold on to our faith — that we need not see it, but just believe.
And there will come a time that you need to stand as witness of God’s Love that others may also believe… and we could only be the best witness if we ask for the gift of courage to be one… and ask for the gift of the Holy Spirit for you and the person you will be talking to, that enlightenment be both upon you. Pray for the grace from the Holy Spirit that you will be able to offer yourself as an instrument and let God talk to the person, and that the person you will be talking to will open his heart, LISTEN (not just hear with his ears but with his whole heart and mind) and believe…
